Marie is a Mayo based artist who is a BA graduate from GMIT. Her painting methods employ a form of blending the abstract with the natural form. This process revolves around application of paint in three dimensions of gathered objects. Her techniques involve working with mixed media, making use of oils, inks and charcoal paper. Marie also works in ceramics and textile sculpture.
